The loss of a child, spouse, dear friend or other loved one to death is a traumatic experience that often cannot be described in words. Grief also comes in other forms of traumatic loss such as the ending of a marriage, the loss of a job or a sudden change of lifestyle. Holidays, birthdays, and anniversaries can be especially difficult for those who are grieving a loss.
If you feel you need to talk to someone during a time of personal tragedy our professional counselors are here to listen.
